PETER LAUENER
Regional President
Peter Lauener directs all land acquisition, entitlement, forward planning, business development and long-range vision strategy for the growing development operations of Intracorp throughout Southern California and Hawaii. He has managed Intracorp Southern California's operations since he established the company in 2002. A 20-year veteran of the Southland’s development industry, Mr. Lauener was previously the Senior Vice President of Catellus Residential Group. From 1985 to 1993, he served as project manager/division manager for The Lusk Company.
PAT PATTERSON
Chief Operating Officer
A 20-year industry veteran, Pat Patterson joined Intracorp in 2000 and was named COO in 2007. Today, he has responsibility for all ongoing operations of Intracorp Southern California, including product development, construction, sales, marketing and customer service. Previously, he was Executive Vice President of the Public/Private Ventures Division of Catellus Residential Group. Mr. Patterson was also affiliated as CFO with East Coast-based Avalon Properties, Inc. and the Northeast Division of Trammell Crow Residential.
PETER ALLEN
Senior Vice President
Peter Allen is a 25-year industry veteran with extensive experience across the entire spectrum of detached, attached and high-rise residential construction as well as mixed-use, commercial, industrial, research and governmental projects. Markets in which he has been active are Northern and Southern California, Nevada and the South American countries of Columbia and Bolivia. Mr. Allen's prior affiliations include D.R. Horton, The Olson Company, DPR Construction, Nielsen Dillingham Builders and Dillingham Construction.
JOANNE ROWLAND
Senior Vice President Marketing
For over 20 years, Joanne Rowland has been responsible for consistently successful sales and marketing operations at such renowned Southland homebuilders as Centex Homes, Costain Homes and J.M. Peters Company. Ms. Rowland’s in-depth experience includes both attached and detached residential communities as well as active-adult projects.

DIGBY
Vice President Customer Service
Since joining Intracorp in May 2005, Andy Digby has built a customer service operation from zero to an 11-person staff responsible for the closing of over 500 units now under warranty, with 900 units projected to be closed by June 2008. Mr. Digby was born in England and transferred to the U.S. in 1984. Among his previous customer service management affiliations is Taylor Woodrow, Southern California.
TOM MOSICH
Controller
Partnership accounting, financial reporting and bank/financial-institution relationship management for Intracorp Southern California are the responsibility of Tom Mosich. For over 20 years, Mr. Mosich has been affiliated with such Southland developers as The Irvine Company, Standard Pacific Corp., Catellus Residential Group and Akins Development.
